Standard orders placed for in-stock merchandise prior to 12pm EST, Monday-Friday, will be processed and shipped the next business day. Standard orders placed for in-stock merchandise after 12pm EST, Monday-Friday, will be processed and shipped the within two business days.

Orders are shipped Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel for larger items, via Canada Post. Expedited shipping generally takes 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on your location. Tracking numbers are provided.

Our shipping and handling rates within Canada are flate rates based on purchase price.

$10.00 for orders $0.01 - $9.99
$15.00 for orders $10.00 - $99.99
$20.00 for orders $100.00 - $199.99
$25.00 for orders $200.00 - $299.99
$30.00 for orders $300.00 and up

Pick Up Orders

If you live in the Sudbury area or will be visiting the Sudbury area you can arrage to have your order picked up. Please do not checkout with our shopping cart or you will be charged regular shipping rates. Email your order to customerservice@upnorthtracks.com and we will send you an invoice.

Photo Orders

Our shipping and handling within Canada is a flat rate of $2.99 per photo.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@upnorhttracks.com so we can remedy the situation. We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all items. Refunds do not include shipping charges unless the goods were damaged or defective, or the return was due to an error on our part. Returns of non-defective goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

When emailing customerservice@upnorthtracks.com, please include your order number, item, and a description of the problem. Upon receipt of your request, a Customer Service Representative will contact you.

We reserve the right to replace defective items with the same or similar item within 30 days from the shipment date. We apologize for any inconvenience.
